MILA FOXLEY · CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective October 15, 2026 · Version 2026-10-15.2
Clear terms before you pay
The $39 purchase is a preorder for the 14-Day Core Connection Challenge starting October 21, 2026. Access is scheduled through November 10, 2026. It is not an immediately downloadable product.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, non-use, failure to log in or missed sessions when the purchased access has been provided as described. This applies to voluntary cancellation before the start as well as after access begins, subject to the exceptions below.
Exceptions
- If we cancel the challenge or cannot provide the purchased access, we will issue a refund.
- If we postpone the start or materially change the promised access or program, we will notify you and offer a refund rather than require you to accept the change.
- If you are charged twice for the same purchase in error, contact us so we can verify and refund the duplicate.
- Applicable statutory cancellation, refund and other consumer rights, and payment-provider protections, remain available. This policy does not override them.
How to request help
Email hello@milafoxley.com with your checkout email, transaction reference, purchase date and a description of the issue. Do not send your card number or sensitive medical records. If you cannot access lessons, tell us promptly so we can investigate; reporting to us does not replace or shorten any applicable claim deadline.
How refunds are handled
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Payment-provider processing times may vary. We do not charge an administrative fee for refunds required under this policy. Access associated with a refunded purchase may end once the refund is issued.
Disputes
You retain applicable rights to dispute an unauthorized charge, non-delivery or a product materially different from its description. We may respond with accurate evidence of what was sold and delivered. A digital-product label, access record or no-refund policy does not by itself decide a dispute.
