Delivery & Access Policy

Preorder, not immediate delivery

Our lesson platform at app.milafoxley.com is coming soon. Paying today reserves your place; it does not provide immediate lessons or downloads. The 14-Day Core Connection Challenge runs October 21–November 3, 2026 and access ends after November 10, 2026 (America/New_York). The period does not restart when you first log in.

Receiving your access

We will send access instructions to the email used at checkout before the start. Keep your payment receipt, check your spam folder and ensure your email can receive messages. Contact hello@milafoxley.com to correct an email error or report missing instructions. We may request your order reference to verify the purchase, never your full card number.

What is included

Online access to the challenge during the stated period. No physical shipment, lifetime access or downloadable lesson library is included. Personal coaching and individual video reviews are excluded. The detailed schedule, session lengths and equipment list will be provided before the start; contact us before buying if you need them to decide.

Technical requirements and assistance

You need an internet-connected device, an up-to-date browser and access to your checkout email. If lessons do not load, email us with the page, device/browser and error message. Avoid sending passwords or sensitive health information.

Delays or failure to deliver

If we cannot deliver the purchased access, we will issue a refund. If the start is postponed or the promised access materially changes, we will notify you and offer a refund. You do not have to accept a replacement date. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
